Full-Time Customer Service
Job Description
Tasks of a customer service representative may include, but are not limited to, speaking with clients by telephone, e-mail or in person to answer questions, take or cancel accounts, record customer complaints, resolving billing problems, re-checking if appropriate changes were made to resolve problems; getting in touch with customers in order to respond to inquiries or update them about solutions to problems with their accounts; transferring unresolved complaints to other departments for further investigation; and providing information about new products and services. Other duties of customer service representatives include determining charges for requested services, completing contract forms; collecting and arranging billing details; preparing change of address records, and issuing cancelation of service; as well as performing research and analysis to assess validity of complaints, among others.
