Job Description

Position Summary

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will support the continued growth of Weber, Inc. and our commitment to the Perfect Portion by sourcing and screening candidates for all open positions. This individual will foster candidate relationships, creating a pipeline of talent to meet emerging business needs.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage the full cycle recruiting process to meet staffing goals across all departments
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent, including recruitment processes, metrics, and tools
  • Source and attract active and passive candidates from various resources, including direct sourcing, referrals, social networks, networking events, etc.
  • Attend recruitment functions such as job fairs, career days, and other events to source candidates
  • Oversees the selection process including identifying and assessing candidates, conducting pre-screens, facilitating interviews and gathering candidate and management feedback
  • Maintains communication with candidates, throughout the recruitment process, to position the company to successfully hire the best talent
  • Schedule interviews with hiring managers and negotiate offers
  • Aligns with Business Leaders to develop sourcing strategies and solutions that deliver a pipeline of talent to meet emerging business needs and address anticipated talent gaps
  • Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to selection and hiring
  • Develop and nurture a network of contacts throughout the community and industry, to expand Weber’s reputation as a top employer

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written
  • Extensive experience in sourcing and identifying candidates through social media, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc
  • Experience screening candidates and conducting interviews
  • Outstanding analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be proactive and enjoy taking the initiative
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written

Education and Experience

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience
  • 2+ years in a fast-paced, rapid growth company is preferred
  • Experience in sourcing/recruiting technical roles is a MUST

Other Requirements

  • Current valid U.S. driver’s license.
  • Valid U.S. passport or have the ability to obtain one.
  • Must have the ability to travel within North America

Travel Requirements: Up to 25%
