About the job
In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders to execute business development plans and provide superior customer experience. You will be responsible for seeking out new business opportunities in the market and developing new business for Brazed Plate Heat Exchangers in the data center markets aligned to develop our business. Currently, this is a Hybrid opportunity located preferably in Richmond, VA but Houston, TX is an optional location.
As a part of the team, you will:
* Analyze the market and the competitors to create a market map, customer segmentation, and targeting.
* Create business development plan based on the Sales company strategy and targets.
* Hold seminars and trainings for key stakeholders.
* Create needs in the market by being close to the market.
* Coordinate and support the division to analyze and prioritize the business opportunities to get the business growth.
* Travel up to 60% of the time.
What you know:
You have BA in Business or Engineering with relevant experience, and:
* A minimum of 5 years of direct sales and/or business development
* Strong Interpersonal skills with cross cultural collaborative skills
* Advanced knowledge in the data center market
* Strong analytical and technical skills
* Strong negotiation skills
Bonus: Technical background in Engineering
