About the job
Grow sales by generating leads, driving demand, specification, and advancing the sale of Alfa Laval hygienic fluid handling products (Pumps, Valves, Installation Material, Tank Cleaning). Northwest territory includes (OR, WA, ID, MT, WY) with office out of Kenosha, WI. Home office location in territory will also be considered. As a part of the team, you will:
• Proactively penetrate end-user organizations to define need, drive specification and influence adoption of Alfa Laval technology
• Manage assigned targeted customer, Integrator, System Builder and A&E account relationships
• Broker communication and commercial relationships between channels and end-users
• Research and stay current with industry trends and activity to identify target end-users in territory
• Research and map end-user organizations to identify decision makers, influencers and stakeholders
• Actively develop and participate in sales planning and forecasting
• Ambassador for all Alfa Laval products and services. Maintains strong relationships and communication across the Sales Company with regional counterparts.

What you know
• Business or technical degree, or equivalent industry experience
• Proactive, relentless sales focus
• Sales experience focused on penetrating new accounts
• Ability to build strategic internal and external relationships across all levels of organization
• Proven organizational & commercial skills
• Strong communication skills, proactive team player
• Strong technical aptitude and curiosity
• Adept with CRM and Microsoft Suite
• Experience with Food Processing, Pharmaceutical, Personal Care, Beverage, and Dairy industry, markets, companies, trends, applications, and equipment, helpful.
• Travel expected up to 50%+
