About the job
In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders to execute business development plans and provide superior customer experience. You will be responsible for seeking out new business opportunities in the market and lead in executing plans aligned to develop our business. Currently, this is a Hybrid opportunity located in Houston, Texas.

As a part of the team, you will:
• Participate in customer calls and visits for troubleshooting.
• Supports Help Desk inquiries for WHE services.
• Supports training of channels and service sales team members to build commercial and service advisory self-sufficiency in WHE Service (products, applications, troubleshooting, quoting parts and services).
• Develop strong business relationships with key customers and channels.
• Analyze the market and competitors to create a market map and a customer segmentation.
• Prioritize market presence and supporting regional sales opportunities.
• Define and adjusts the service offering as needed.
• Create marketing activities in conjunction with Demand Generation.
• Support partner’s action plan process: goal setting, definition of strategic and tactical initiatives, execution support and follow-up.
• Maintain a focus on replacement opportunities in the existing installed base.

What you know
You have BA in Business or Engineering with relevant experience, and:
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience related to business development, product management, and/or Sales
• Experience with heat exchange products and applications, service, or process industries
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Strong leadership skills
