Commercial Food Sanitation LLC (CFS) is currently seeking a digital learning designer. We are looking for an experienced instructional designer with a strong emphasis on eLearning development to help create an exceptional learning experience for our customers. This global position can work remotely from a home office or, if located in the New Orleans area, have the option of being in an office building. Travel may be needed periodically.

Responsibilities

• Be a creative thought partner within a dynamic team
• Bring technical training to life focusing on an exceptional user and learner experience in the digital environment
• Design, storyboard, and create digital learning courses in partnership with SMEs and trainers – from initial concept through completion
• Provide SME with digital learning advice and knowledge to support the achievement of learning objectives
• Apply instructional design principles like ADDIE to create content and produce high-quality instructional graphics, animations, user interfaces, assessments, and interactive exercises for a blended learning environment
• Organize technical content in a logical and intuitive manner

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required in instructional design, education technology, or similar field
• Experienced in developing e-learning programs: Articulate Storyline experience required
• Skilled in cutting through ambiguity to clearly convey a concept and message
• Familiarity with video editing technology and UI/UX a plus
• Experience with HTML, VR/AR, or 3D modelling is a plus
• Open to feedback, with proven ability to work collaboratively with others
• Confident, resilient, proactive with strong planning and organizational skills
