About the job
The Product Application Specialist will support growth of our high-speed separator business by providing technical support throughout the entire sales cycle. Currently, this position is located in Kenosha, Wisconsin with occasional telework available.
As a part of the team, you will:
* Provide technical support during the evaluation phase, execution phase and post acceptance phase of the sales cycle
* Support high speed separator growth
* Provides continual order execution support through customer meetings and calls, process commissioning and optimization
* Provides claims process support with site investigation, contributing to root cause analysis
* Provides application support by delivering site services with testing and validation
* Domestic travel up to 50% of time to be expected
What you know
You have a BS in Chemical Engineering, and:
* Working knowledge of mechanics
* Technical understanding of centrifugal separation, through density difference
* Prior experience in the food and water industry preferred
* Prior experience working with high-speed separators preferred
