We are currently seeking a Regional Sales Manager with a solid engineering or technical background, strong Relationship Building skills, the ability to work with Digital Sales Tool, and the drive to increase sales and product growth.

What can you expect?
You will be is responsible for selling the entire Food Heat Transfer (FHT) portfolio to the food and life science markets including: Scraped Surface HE’s, Gasket Heat Exchangers, and Welded Heat Exchangers.
Digital as well as in-person visits with end users; engineers, contractors, system integrators generating new business and ensure growth of existing accounts will be a regular part of your activities. Also, you will provide technical support for channels/reps and evaluate existing channels – agents and distributors to ensure optimal performance. This position requires accurate quoting and tracking in our CRM, keeping up to date on our products and processes, along with strategic planning to compliment your tactical daily activities.
Person should be located between West Iowa, the Michigan area, or on the line between Iowa and Nebraska.
What will be required of you?
- Bachelor’s degree Engineering, Business, Food Science or Technical Discipline with appropriate experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience
- Experience selling in an Industrial environment a plus
- Ability to evaluate and prioritize sales opportunities to create structured sales plan adjusting as needed for successful outcomes
- Solid technical ability combined with strong commercial orientation
- Strong strategic planning skills
- Solid Digital skills and/or ability to quickly master digital tools as part of sales process
