Full-Time Warehouse Supervisor
Job Description
The incumbent is a Frontmatec Ambassador who will be responsible for overseeing all internal logistics, warehousing and inventory activities for Customer Solutions and Service. They will be in charge of the warehouse team and logistics. The incumbent and his/her team are responsible for optimizing the warehouse shipping and receiving, freight, cycle counts, bin locations for supplying operations to meet customer needs.
Some responsibilities:
Plan, organize and control internal logistics activities to warehouse locations, receive and ship Aftermarket Solution spare parts and Service Solution kits.
Implementing operational policies and procures.
Supervise the warehouse team, monitoring work and ensuring safety.
Ensure the optimization of floor space in the warehouse and maintain bin locations.
Ensure data accuracy for all transactions in the AX system.
Collaborate with the Returns Associate regarding RMAs and blade sharpening
program.
Coordinate all material movements for shipping, receiving and material handling.
Optimize the storage activities of goods according to the type of material in
collaboration with the supply chain team.
Strategize about inventory volumes and warehouse capacity to maximize productivity
for improved efficiency for easy navigation.
Participate and develop continuous improvement processes related to internal
logistics (ERP, processes, etc.).
Coordinate periodic cycle counts and annual inventory with the Finance Department.
